Returns

We are sorry but we will not accept the customer's request for returning the merchandise when;

Different from you imagined such as color or size.

Damage or failure caused by incorrect use.

Damage or failure as a result of dropping it after purchase.

Damage or failure caused by fire, earthquake, flood damage, lightning strike, gas damage, salt damage and other natural disasters, or pollution.

Damage as a result of unpacking and inspection by the customs.

 

It is exception if you find for example, delivering different contents from your order, insufficient contets, cracked product, or other obvious initial failure. To complete your return, contact us an email at en@valvino-buzzmute.com with information states below before sending the product.

In such case, please contact us via email within 7 days from the product’s arrival.

We do not accept any exchanges or refund after 8 days of the product’s arrival so please check the items on arrival.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

In case of damage during delivery

In order to apply EMS compensation, the products should be kept as it was on delivery and need to request to the local post office for missing or damaged contents.

Exchanges / Refunds process

Once your exchanges or refund contact by email has been received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your enquiry and notify you procedure of exchanges or refund the products. 

If you are approved, then your exchanges or refund will be processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Re-delivery after exchange

Products will be shipped within 5 working days after re-delivery was approved.
