We cannot undertake any shipping other than by EMS. We only guarantee the products within EMS insurance coverage.

Delivery Process

Ordered products will be shipped after TABIBITO inc. has confirmed the completion of payment therefor.

In principle, ordered products will be shipped within 7 working days after the completion of the relevant order. Delivery dates cannot be designated.

For the delivery status of ordered products, please inquire with the EMS provider directly.

(A tracking number will be provided upon shipment.)

Express Mail Service (EMS):

Please be advised in advance that Japan Post Co., Ltd. (Express Mail Service provider) may contact the user to confirm the relevant matters.



The delivery of ordered products may be delayed and take longer than ordinarily expected due to a natural disaster, incident, accident, etc., or depending on the status of customs inspection, etc.

We will not accept any cancelation due of these circumstances states above.


Lost Parcel

Please contact us in case you could not received your parcel. We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund in case you do not need the order anymore.



If you have a product that was damaged during delivery, please e-mail us within 7 days after receiving it and include pictures of your damaged item. We will offer you a refund or a replacement.
